Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP)

Groundwater Sustainability Plans are roadmaps for how agencies and local stakeholders will ensure groundwater reliability within 20 years. Stakeholder involvement is critical to the development and implementation of an effective and successful Groundwater Sustainability Plan. The Carpinteria Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) encourages anyone interested in the Carpinteria Groundwater Basin and the GSP to sign up for our mailing list and attend meetings.
