Cost of Services Studies
In order to ensure fairness in setting accurate rates, the Carpinteria Groundwater Sustainability Agency conducts routine Cost of Services Studies. Data and information from these studies is used to set water rates for extractions from the Carpinteria Groundwater Basin based on the costs of services provided by the CGSA.
